Life can get complicated. A great bowl of noodles is not.
Handcrafted using a family recipe, our noodles are a great way to make any day – simply, perfect.
Homemade hugs in a bowl...from us to you.
The only thing that might be better than eating fresh noodles, is sharing fresh noodles. These portions should be enough for four people – or one really hungry person (we don’t judge). We’ve combined our delicious bouncy noodles, with a hearty and equally delicious mushroom chicken sauce – it’s the closest thing you’ll get to a hug in a bowl.
Noodle kits are to be kept frozen, do not thaw prior to cooking.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved noodles. My childhood summers were spent at my Nai Nai’s (grandma’s) house – which also just happened to be one of the best noodle shops in the city of Medan, North Sumatra. My grandparents lived above their street-front noodle shop and served up fresh and delicious noodle dishes.
Every morning I would watch my grandpa turn mountains of flour and other fresh ingredients into rivers of noodles using a bamboo pole to knead the dough to get that perfect bouncy texture. It was amazing.
All our noodles are handcrafted with the same secret family recipe, passed down through three generations. And to this day, the smell of our fresh noodles, reminds me of those summer days and always brings me comfort and joy.
I am excited to share them, and the joy they bring, with you.
Can I freeze the noodle bowls?
Yes! The noodle bowls and family packs can be well frozen for up to 4 months so you can enjoy them later. To freeze, take out the Hot Stuff and Crunchies and put them in the fridge, then freeze the rest. When you're ready to cook, follow the same cooking instructions and your noodles are ready for slurping!
